CityPaq arrives at Núñez i Navarro buildings

In recent years, online shopping has grown exponentially. More and more people are choosing the multiple platforms offered by the Internet to place their orders. According to the Annual eCommerce Study conducted in Spain by IAB Spain, in the last year eCommerce has positioned itself as the preferred method of purchase by consumers. 70% of the Spanish population claims to acquire their products online, a rising practice that has led to the emergence of new tools, systems, and technologies that make the whole process easier and more comfortable.

Aware of this, at Núñez i Navarro we have incorporated the CityPaq service from Correos into some of our buildings. This technology is already available in the NN Meridiana, 256 and NN Illa Augusta residential buildings; and in the NN Torre Tarragona and NN València, 307 office buildings, which undoubtedly makes it easier for our clients to receive and send their packages with greater convenience and complete confidence.

Citypaq's service offers lockers that are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Customers have an electronic key, consisting of a username and a password, which they can use to open their locker and quickly and easily pick up or drop off their package. Furthermore, when Citypaq places a package in a customer's locker, it sends an SMS message to the user notifying them that they can now come to collect it, with five days to do so. If the package is not collected within this period, the user will receive a new notification and will have 15 days to pick it up at a post office.

With CityPaq, our customers can easily send their packages and receive their purchases without the need to be concerned about schedules or making trips. It's an ideal solution for those who cannot be at their home or workplace during the delivery period of a package, thus having a convenient and nearby space to go to whenever it suits them best to send or pick up their packages.

Citypaq Meridiana

Another great advantage of Citypaq is that it accepts returns. So, if a customer wishes to return a package, they can use the service in reverse. From the delivery point itself (or through the Correos app or website), the customer can request the return of the package and then deposit it back in the lockers for Correos to pick up and carry out the return shipment.
