We have evolved in parallel with the city that has seen us born and grow until we reached 75 years. Today we offer innovative services and products that reflect the avant-garde and cosmopolitan spirit of Barcelona, to forge a path towards a more promising and sustainable future for all the citizens of this wonderful city.

The origins
With the mission of offering products and services that improve the well-being of people and meet their real needs, Núñez i Navarro was founded in 1958 by Josep Lluís Núñez Clemente and Maria Lluïsa Navarro. The couple, thanks to their entrepreneurial spirit and careful economic management, managed to position the company as a leader in the construction sector, including the development and marketing of housing, offices, parking lots, industrial buildings, and commercial premises.
Their commitment to Barcelona, present since its origins, as well as their concern for improving people's lives, led them to diversify the activities of Grup Núñez i Navarro. This is how they started the hotel division and the rehabilitation of emblematic buildings in Barcelona, among which are La Rotonda, Casa Lleó Morera, or the Compañía de Tabacos de Filipinas.
