Rehabilitating a historic building

The Enric Cera Tower is a detached building in the Novecentismo style. A century after the house was built, Núñez i Navarro purchased it in 2006 from the heirs of Enric Cera and began the rehabilitation works in 2014. The building was designated for offices, being integrated into a complex of newly constructed residences. The construction was adapted to new uses and modern times, while maintaining all its original nature and majesty.

It was the typical summer tower with the following layout:

  • Spacious and generous areas on the ground floor for daily living as well as social activities, rich in decorations and finishes.
  • Floor plan with the family's bedrooms.
  • The attic for the service quarters.
