The Instagram contest #MiraLaRotonda already has finalists! Who are they?

Last Wednesday marked the deadline for the submission of original entries in the photographic contest #MiraLaRotonda, which, since July, has invited Instagram users to capture images of the Andreu tower restored by Núñez y Navarro. The fifteen hundred participating photos attest to the interest that the proposal has generated and is a cause for satisfaction. Thank you all again for your massive participation!

Four daytime and two nighttime photos, finalists

The jury met last night and decided, for now, to select six finalist photos from all those submitted; you can see them in this post. The four daytime finalist images of La Rotonda belong to Alba Piqué, Alfonso García Cardó, user Pili M. G. and Oscar García Ortega, and the two nighttime ones correspond to Berta Tiana and Victoria Rovira. Only one of the daytime and one of the nighttime photos will change from being a finalist to a winner.

Both the difficult choice of the finalists, which we publish today, and the final verdict, which we will announce next Thursday, are the responsibility of a jury composed of the photographer Toni Mateu; Daniel Zafra, Marketing Director of NN, and Silvia Omedes, president of the Photographic Social Vision Foundation. There are only two days left to find out who will win the prizes that have been in play since last July 10.

A camera and a drone, and two nights at the H1898

Núñez y Navarro will award the best daytime photograph with a DSLR camera and a drone, and, on the other hand, will grant the author of the best nighttime snapshot of the Andreu tower a two-night stay plus dinner and lunch in a suite of the Hotel 1898, the only colonial hotel in Barcelona, located on La Rambla.
