Nou Can Gambús: Well connected, but away from the hustle and bustle
As is tradition and part of the company's spirit, the real estate firm Núñez i Navarro held a new open house for their project Nou Can Gambús, located in that area in Sabadell on the 5th of May, with the purpose of sharing with their clients and demonstrating, in person, the new and exclusive residential complex and the benefits of these high-end homes.
In this second phase of the promotion, the company is offering houses of 225m2 built, distributed over four levels (two floors, an attic, and a garage). Specifically, these are homes with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus an attic floor of 30m2 with a full bathroom and access to a spectacular terrace.
According to Alexia González, in charge of the promotion of Nou Can Gambús, the property has a range of other benefits and features that make it unique in the area. The executive emphasizes that these houses have an elevator from the basement to the fourth floor and, outside, there is a garden with a private pool. Similarly, it includes private parking for two large cars and enough space to be used as a storage room.
“It's a house with lots of light, because it has large windows. Moreover, it has fantastic finishes and is very well laid out. It's a very comfortable house”, points out González, who also comments that visitors have praised the spaces and the design.
“95% of the visitors are crazy about the house. They talk a lot about the layout and its coherent spaces. Those who have come to see the house comment on its great harmony”, adds the project manager.
A unique location
Another highly valued aspect is its location and the potential of this area. “It is well connected, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. That's an advantage. Moreover, being at the exit of the highway, if the resident works in Barcelona or Sant Cugat, they have very smooth traffic”.
Given the visits received and the buyers, the person interested in this project is someone looking for space and a well-connected area. It is worth mentioning that Can Gambus is a new residential area. “It's a long-term project that is just beginning. And as the area grows, there will be premises with pharmacies, hairdressers, bars, etc. The latter is something that the client understands perfectly”, explains González.
