We are a company committed to the environment. Therefore, aware that we are part of the environmental challenges we face as a society, we promote energy efficiency and sustainability in all our projects, taking measures to continuously minimize our environmental impact and carbon footprint.
Quality and environment
Every step we take is further evidence of our strong commitment to sustainability. We have certifications that endorse it, but they also drive us to be better and more respectful towards our planet every day, such as the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate by AENOR, which we have held since 2011.
The quality for which our constructions are recognized is due to the application of sustainable innovation, the use of the best materials, the experience of our professionals, and a technical management accredited with the ISO:9001 certification by AENOR.
Energy and water efficiency
Aware that we are part of the environmental challenges we face, we make a strong commitment to eco-efficiency. In each project, we seek to improve the environment and the city.
Our goal is to achieve LEED certification in our projects and we follow the nZEB standards in the new building developments for residential use, meaning, we construct buildings with zero or near-zero energy consumption.
To achieve this, we research and implement the best energy efficiency technologies available on the market, as well as to obtain the highest possible certification (A).
We optimize the conservation of energy, water, and the quality of air and light in spaces, as well as invest in the digitalization of buildings to promote control, savings, and data analysis, which facilitate the most eco-efficient decisions and options for our clients. Because we want a present and a future that are more sustainable.

Circular economy
Obsolescence has never been part of our plans. That’s why we focus on durability and promote a prolonged lifespan for all our assets and products through responsible practices and high-quality designs.
We implement innovative strategies to close the life cycle of our products and collaborate with our customers to promote conscious and responsible consumption of resources.
Biodiversity protection
We do not engage in any type of activity in protected areas or zones of great value for biodiversity, but we still strive to produce the minimum impact on biodiversity.
